8 large chicken drumsticks
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. chilli powder
1 tbsp. coriander leaves
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
200 g pot natural unsweetened yoghurt

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin from chicken. Combine garlic, curry powder, chilli powder, coriander, lemon rind and yoghurt. Pour this mixture over chicken and leave to marinate for at least one hour. Grill chicken until browned and juices run clear when tested, turning occasionally during cooking.
