1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sifted flour
2 T baking soda
1/4 t. salt
pinch of cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Coat a bundt pan with butter and flour. Mix in order given. Bake for 35 mins. or at 350 for 50 minutes.

I make this as a side dish. It is slightly less cake - like than other recipes. It is served without icing.
