8 eggs
1/2 c. half and half
1 c. shreded chedder cheese
1 c. cooked ham, finely chopped
1/4 c. green peper, finely chopped
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and cream until light and fluffy. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9 inch square baking dish and bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
