3-4 c. rhubarb, diced
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour, reserve 3/4 c.
4 T. softened butter, reserve 3 T.
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. brown sugar
pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Place rhubarb in a 9 inch pastry lined pie plate. Pour mixture of sugar, 1/4 c. flour, 1 T. butter, eggs and nutmeg over rhubarb. Mix brown sugar, 3 T. butter, 3/4 c. flour to make a crumb crust. Mix with a fork and spread over rhubarb. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes.
