1 chicken, cut into serving pieces or 4 chicken breasts (I prefer using skinless chicken breasts)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup sugar or Splenda
1-1/2 tablespoons flour
1 egg, beaten
1-1/2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken in shallow baking pan. Make sauce by mixing sugar or(Splenda) and flour; adding egg, orange juice and wine; cook over low heat, stirring until slightly thickened. Pour on chicken. Bake, uncovered at 350 about 1 hour or until done.
