8 oz. bay shrimp
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c. frozen corn kernels, thawed
4 T. your favorite vinaigrette(recommended: Champagne Vinaigrette)

Directions:
Directions:
Toss shrimp, peas, carrots, and corn together in med. bowl. Add 4 T. vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place on avocado halves and serve.
