1/2 c malt vinegar ( use salad vinegar if you can't find malt)
1/2 dry mustard
2 eggs
1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the vinegar and dry mustard and let set overnight.

Beat eggs, add sugar and the mustard and vinegar. Cook until thick. Stir while cooking.

This is Grandma Boes' recipe that she makes for ham for the holidays. It is hot and gets hotter the longer that you have it. We wouldn't eat ham without it!
