2 lbs potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until potatoes are evenly coated. Place in shallow 13 X 9 baking dish. Bake at 450 for 40 minutes or until tender.
