3 yellow squash, sliced
1 each red, yellow, orange and green pepper, sliced
1 sm red onion, sliced
1 can baby corn
1 c carrots, sliced
1/4 c white vinegar
2 T sugar
2 T water
1 T olive oil
1 tsp salt

Combine vinegar, sugar, water, oil and salt. Pour over veges and chill for 2 hours.
