1 C flour
1 C chopped walnuts
1 stick butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 C powdered sugar
1 C cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, walnuts and butter together and pat down in a 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 mins.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip together and spread on top of cooled crust.
