3/4 C sugar
3 T butter
2 C rhubarb, cut up
3 egg yolks
1/4 C milk
1/4 C sugar
2 T cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, butter and rhubarb in saucepan. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until thickened, it doesn't take very long, 5 min or so. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue if desired or ice cream.
