1 lb butter, softened
1 lb powdered sugar
6 eggs
ground nuts
6 squares melted chocolate
graham cracker crumbs and melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar, forget about the calories. Add eggs 2 at a time, beat after each addition. Add about 1 cup ground nuts. Add melted chocolate. Line 9x13 pan(for thicker) or 10x15 pan(thinner slice) with graham cracker crumbs and butter. Put mixture on crust and sprinkle crumbs or ground nuts on top.
Freeze for one hour. Cut and store in freezer.

This recipe was used for a lot of banquets, luncheons, dinners, parties, etc., by Grandma Downing when she had the "old hotel" in Kendall. It is still served every once in awhile @ Spring Valley Golf Course.
