1 1/2 lbs lean ground meat
1/2 C chopped green peppers
1/2 C chopped onion
3 C tomato sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion salt or 1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 C cooked noodles
4 oz grated cheddar cheese
2 oz grated romano cheese
1/2 C canned mushrooms, drained.

Directions:
Directions:
Pan broil meat, drain and combine seasoning, green pepper, onions and tomato sauce - simmer on low 15 minutes. Spray 9x13 pan and put noodles in pan. Pour meat sauce mix over evenly. Sprinkle cheeses on top and arrange mushrooms on cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut 6 even portions.
