8 oz frankfurters cut long way then into pieces
1 cup cooked enriched juniorette noodles, cooked
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1 T pimento (optional)
1 cup skim milk
1 T butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine frankfurters, noodles, mushrooms, peppers and onion in a 1 1/2 qt casserole.
In a small saucepan heat milk to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in butter and flour. Pour over mixture in casserole. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes or microwave 10 minutes covered.
