8 oz macaroni
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 c milk
salt and pepper
1/2 lb grated American cheese
1 c bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender. Drain and rinse. Make white sauce (butter, flour, milk). Add 2/3 of cheese, stir until melted. Pour over macaroni in greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese and crumbs over top. Bake in oven 300 for 30 minutes
