3 cups tomatoes, chopped
1 cup zucchini, chopped
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste.
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3 tablespoons shredded parmasan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, zucchini, seasoned breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper. Toss and place in a baking dish sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle shredded parmesan on top and bake 350 for 30 minutes.
