1/4 cup egg substitute
1-1/4 cups fat free skim milk
1 cup Fiber One, crushed
1 cup flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup Splenda
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 cup dried fruit (optional)
1/4 cup flax seed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Spray muffin cups or loaf pan with cooking spray. Combine egg substitute, milk, and bran cereal, stir until moist. In small bowl stir together dry ingredients. Add flour mixture to bran mixture and stir until blended. Do not over mix. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
