1 chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 c minute rice
2 1/4 c water
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
flour
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken pieces in flour. Brown in butter on all sides but don't cook. Remove chicken from the skillet. In same skillet, add soup, water, celery, and onion. Bring to a boil. Put rice in 13 X 9 casserole and pour 2/3 of soup mixture over rice and mix. Put chicken pieces on top of rice and pour remaining soup mixture over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350.
