Prepared angel food cake (cool 2 hours)
Small package lemon pudding mix
1-3/4 cups water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 large egg yolks
2 cups Cool Whip
3-1/2 ounces coconut
Additional Cool Whip for frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, lemon juice, sugar - boil 3 minutes - add egg yolks - boil. Chill until cool. Add 2 cups Cool Whip & 1/2 coconut. Cut cake into 3 layers. Layer, spreading each layer with 1/3 filling. Frost sides and top with additional Cool Whip, sprinkle remaining coconut on top.
