1lb gr beef or sirloin steak
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp galic or onion salt
1 sm can mushrooms or 1/2 c fresh
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp pepper
1 sm carton sour cream or french onion dip
1 16 oz package noodles.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat and onions until brown. Add mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup. Stir until hot. Add sour cream or dip and stir just until warm. Cook noodles. Pour stroganoff over hot noodles.
