1 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
2-1/2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend margarine, brown sugar and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Beat together vanilla and eggs. Sift remaining dry ingredients together, add to sugar and egg mixture. Blend well. Drop heaping teaspoon of batter on ungreased cookie sheet, place several plain M & M's on each cookie. Bake at 375 F. for 10 minutes.
