1/2 cup shortening
2 cups flour
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg slightly beaten
6 cups rhubarb
1 3-ounce package strawberry jello (dry)
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup flour
1-1/2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, 2 cups flour, baking powder, milk, brown sugar, salt and egg. Put in greased 13" x 9" pan.
Put rhubarb pieces on top and sprinkle with jello powder.
Mix butter, 1/2 cup flour and sugar. Spread on top. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
