3 carrots, grated
2 cups white sugar
1 cup corn oil
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 ounce package cream cheese
2/3 stick butter
2/3 box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and corn oil. Add eggs - 1 at a time (beat after each egg is added) then add grated carrots, flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix and bake in 350 oven for about 35 minutes.
FROSTING:
Mix cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar. Mix well and put on cooled cake.
