2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1-1/2 cups cooking oil
4 eggs
2 cups grated carrots
1 stick butter
8 ounce package cream cheese
1 pound powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add oil and mix. Add eggs. Fold in carrots.
Bake in large pan for 1 hour at 350.
FROSTING
Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, nuts and coconut.
