1 Chuck roast 1 Beefy mushroom dry soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 tbsp olive oil salt pepper
Salt and pepper both sides of the chuck roast. In a pan or deep pot, heat the olive oil. Turn heat to high and sear both sides of the chuck roast (2-3 minutes on each side). Transfer roast to crock pot. Mix cream of mushroom soup and the dry soup mix. Pour over roast in crock pot. Cook 6-8 hours or until meat falls apart. May have to add some water as it cooks.
