1 package of yeast
1 cup of warm water 100 degrees -110 degrees
1 T sugar
1 T olive oil
3 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, disolve yeast and water, add sugar

Let sit for 5 minutes

Add flour 1 cup at a time

Either with your hands or in a kitchen aid with the dough hook, knead the dough. Add flour until the dough is no longer sticky. Knead dough until you can place a finger in it and the dough bounces back. About 5 minutes.

Coat a bowl with olive oil and place the ball of dough in it. Cover bowl with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Divide ball in two if making thin pizza.

Cover counter top with flour and roll out dough with a rolling pin.
