1 lb. hamburger
1 cup catsup
1 tsp. chili powder(or more)
salt and pepper
1 cup chopped onion
horseradish (optional)
buns for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions and drain off fat. Combine chili powder and ketchup. Add all ingredients to hamburger mixture in skillet. I use a double boiler. Simmer until done -30 minutes in covered skillet or about 60 minutes in double boiler. Serve on buns.
