2 pounds chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
16 ounce package spaghetti, cooked
2 14-1/2 ounce cans stewed tomatoes, chopped
2 10-3/4 ounce cans cream of chicken soup
10-3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
4 ounce can mushrooms, drained
8 ounce package pasturized process cheese spread, cubed

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; heat over medium until warmed throughout and cheese is melted.
