1 Cup grated Parmegiano-Reggiano or romano cheese.
fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Cover 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. Spread 2 T cheese into approx. 4x4 inch round area. Top w/pepper and cook 6-8 minutes.
Remove from oven and working quickly using a spatula, lay the baked cheese over a rolling pin to form into a curved shape.
