A cookie sheet full of Tostito Scoops (app.48)
3/4 c reduced fat sour cream
18 jalapenos (from can) chopped
1 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning
1 can of chili with no beans (vegetarian ok)
1/2 c shredded cheese (cheddar,mexican,nacho,etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chips on baking sheet
stir together jalapenos, taco mix, sour cream

Place 1 tsp chili in each cup. Top w/ shredded cheese.
Broil 1-2 minutes until cheese has melted.
Top with sour cream mixture
Serve
