1 tsp canola oil 4 boneless pork chops 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 soup can milk 1 package (1oz) ranch salad dreesing mix
Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned. Add soup,milk and 1/2 package of salad dressing mix. Heat to a boil ..cover cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until done. Serve over rice to which the othe half of ranch dressing mix has been added to the water to cook.
