2 sticks butter /margarine
1 cup water
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda
FROSTING:
1 stick butter / margarine
4 tablespoons cocoa
6 - 8 tablespoons milk]
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix flour, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil butter, water, and cocoa. Pour boiling mixture over flour mixture. Add eggs, sour cream and baking soda. Beat well. Pour into greased 11-1/2 x 18 x 1 cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, make frosting. bring butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil stirring constantly. Beat in powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Add to cake as it comes from the oven. Spread over thickly, frosting will be thick as it melts on the hot cake.
