8 ounces cream cheese 8 oounces shredded Swiss cheese 1 regular size can sauerkraut, drained 12 ounces shaved corned beef, cut up 6 - 8 tablespoons thousand island dressing
Soften cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and beef. Mix well. Pour into a 9 inch square casserole dish and drizzle with thousand island dressing. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with a variety of crackers or cocktail bread.
