1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
Chopped celery (optional)
4 - 6 chopped green onions
1 can water chestnuts
1 package dry vegetable soup mix (Knox)
Garlic salt (optional)

Mix all of the above and serve over crackers or bread.
