"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
2 c. cream corn 4 eggs 8 T sugar 2 c milk 4 T flour salt 4 T margarine
Spray casserole dish.
Add to corn
Bake until firm at 350 for 1 hour.
We made this dish for the first Thanksgiving I had at my house with the Teffts and my Mom. We had never had corn pudding and were kind of leary of the dish, but ince we tasted it we couldn't stop eating it. We finished the casserole the next day with the leftovers.
