4 strawberries
4 lemon slices
4 lime slices
4 orange slices
12 tablespoons Pimm's No. 1 Cup*
2 cups chilled lemon-lime soda
4 cucumber wedges
4 fresh mint sprigs

*A blend of gin, liqueurs, and fruit extracts; available at some liquor stores and specialty foods stores.

Fill four 8- to 10-ounce glasses with ice cubes. Divide fruit among glasses. Pour 3 tablespoons Pimm's No. 1 Cup and 1/2 cup soda into each glass. Garnish with cucumber and mint.

You can use Fresca instead of lemon-lime soda.
This is a really sexy drink - too many...& you won't see it coming.
A proper Pimm's MUST be served with fresh mint (best part!!), cucumber, lemon and lime wedges and usually strawberries. Do not leave out these extras! They complete the experience and actually vastly improve the flavour of the drink. As another reviewer suggested, do make a big batch and put it all in a BIG jug. Make sure everyone gets a bit of mint and cucumber with it at the least! This is the BEST summer refresher.
