Graham Cracker Crust (See Instructions)
3 8 ounce packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 8 ounce package semisweet chocolate
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup strong coffee
1/4 cup framboise (raspberry liquor)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 9 inch spring-form cheese cake pan and sprinkle graham cracker crust mixture on bottom, about 1/2 inch deep.
Let cream cheese soften to room temperature; stir in sugar; beat eggs and stir into cheese. In double boiler melt semisweet chocolate pieces with heavy cream. Stir melted chocolate, sour cream, coffee, framboise, and vanilla into cheese mixture. Pour into 9 inch spring-form pan. Bake 45 minutes (cheese cake will be creamy and a little runny in center). Let cool and chill. To serve, unmold and garnish with chocolate curls.
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
Combine 2-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, add 1/2 cup melted butter in bowl and mix well.
