1 2-3 lb rump roast or other roast
1 can cut up tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 green pepper
1/2 to 1 onion
salt & pepper
cut-up potatoes and carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Season roast with salt and pepper and put in large pan to cook. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, green pepper, onion and one small can of water. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 3 hrs. Check after about an hour to be sure there is enough liquid, if not add about 1/2 cup of water. After hour 2, add cut-up potatoes and carrots. Serve.
