1 can pink salmon
1 egg
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain about half of the juice from the can of salmon. Dump the salmon and remaining juice. Add one egg. Season with salt and pepper. Add bread crumbs a little bit at a time until salmon sticks together. Don't add too much of the bread crumbs or the patties will be too dry. Shape into patties. Fry in some oil and brown slightly on both sides.
