1 T sugar
1 package cake yeast
3 eggs
1 Cup lukewarm water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and cake yeast in large bowl. Add eggs and lukewarm water. Turn mixer to high and beat until bowl if full. Add salt, sugar, oil, and flour. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Put dough into another greased bowl. Cover and store up to 3 days in fridge.

Roll out dough on floured counter, less than 1/4 inch thick. Cut with small round cutter. Brush with butter, fold in half, and pinch. Put in greased casserole dish. Cover with cloth and set in warm place to rise 3-4 hours. Bake 350 until brown, about 10 minutes.
