6-8 chicken thighs or chicken parts - salt & peppered, 1 stick butter/margarine, 1 c long grain rice, 2 c water, 1 pkg Lipton Onion or Onion Mushroom Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter or margarine in a large casserole dish, add rice, water and top with chicken. Sprinkle with soup mix. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
