CREAMED ZUCCHINI WITH DILL

2 lbs zucchini
2 T. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 T. sugar
1-1/2 T. butter
1 t. salt
1-1/2 t. dill weed
2 T. flour
4 T. sour cream


Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash, peel, slice zucchini into julienne like strips.
2. Put zucchini in a 3 qt pot.
3. Add vinegar, water, salt, sugar, butter and half of the dill
4. Stir, bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 8-10 minutes.
5. Mix flour and sour cream
6. Add to the zucchini, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
7. When ready to serve, sprinkle the remaining dill over the vegetable.
