1. Combine yeast & water
2. Place in blender or food processor with milk, flour,
yolks, salt, sugar and 6 tbs. Butter
3. Blend 40 seconds.
4. Let rise 1-1/2-2 hrs.
5. When ready to cook, beat egg whites & fold into batter.
6. Heat fry pan, spray with Pam. Pour batter into fry pan(just enough for a thin crepe-like pancake)
7. Brown on both sides.
8. Spread with butter.
9. Garnish with sour cream.
