1 qt. strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups Bisquick mix
2 T sugar
2 T butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Stir strawberries and 1/2 cup sugar. Let stand 1 hour.

Heat oven to 425 . Stir Bisquick mix, 2 T sugar, butter, and milk until soft dough forms. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Split warm shortcakes and fill with strawberries and whipped topping.
