baked potatoes (amount varies) 1/2 cup sour cream shredded cheese or velveeta 1 T milk bacon bits (optional)
Microwave potatoes 10 minutes, or cook in oven for 1 hour. Cut potatoes in half. Scoop out potato insides into a small bowl. Add sour cream, cheese, and milk. Beat until fluffy. Restuff in potato skins. Sprinkle with cheese and/or bacon bits. Broil until light brown.
