Fresh Manicotti

6 eggs or Better than Eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 c. flour


Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all together
2. Heat crepe pan
3. Pour scant 1/4 c. batter into pan
4. Cook until dry
5. Flip and cook till done about 30 seconds
6. Fill with ricotta mixture
7. Top with Marinara Sauce
