1 C of breadcrumbs
Milk
2 eggs
Parm Cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl add breadcrumbs. Sprinkle with milk or water until bread crumbs are moist enough to stick together. Add ground chuck, eggs, salt, pepper and cheese. Mix well and shape into medium (1-1-1/2) size meatballs.

Spray frying pan with cooking spray and brown meatballs on 2 sides, (edges do not need to be browned). Add browned meatballs to spaghetti sauce and cook for 20 minutes.
