Chicken Broccoli Bake Recipe

1-1/2 - 2 lbs. Chicken Breasts, skinned and boned
2-1/2 T. Lemon juice
1 T. Garlic Pepper
1-1/2 lbs. Broccoli Florets
1 Large Can Campbell's Mushroom Soup or Cheddar Soup
3/4 c. mayo
1/4 c. milk
2 C. Sargento Country Cheese Casserole blend
(4 cheeses, cheddar, monteray jack, muenster, american)
1-1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
6-8 pats butter

1. Par boil chicken. Marinate chicken in lemon juice, garlic, pepper; several hours or overnight.
2. Steam broccoli. Cut up and put into large bowl
3. Dice chicken and add to broccoli
4. In separate bowl, combine soup, mayo, milk and add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss with chicken and broccoli.
6. Add cheese and mix well.
7. Pour into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with crumbs. Dot with butter.
Cover with foil for 1 hour.
8. Remove foil. Bake for an additional 10 minutes more.
9. Serve over rice.
