1 pound cream cheese
1 pound ricotta cheese
1 pint sour cream
1/2 pound butter, melted
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup Amaretto
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 10-inch springform pan with margarine. Mix together cream cheese and ricotta with an electric mixer until well-blended. Add sour cream, and mix until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating each for two minutes. Add flour and cornstarch, and mix well. Add vanilla, sugar and cooled melted butter; mix well. Add Amaretto and almond extract, and mix well. Pour mixture into pan. Bake one hour. Turn off oven, and let cake cool in oven one hour. Remove from oven, cool and refrigerate.
