Beef roast or steak
1 cup burgundy wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
Garlic powder
Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Rub meat with garlic and ginger. Stab holes all over and put in ziplock bag with wine, soy sauce & vinegar. Marinate 1 - 2 days. May keep marinade in refrigerator or freeze to reuse.
